Pollinating Culture
Polinizing Culture was born from the desire to create and share culture among all the residents and visitors of the Benasque Valley. A collaborative project promoted by the Palacio Condes de Ribagorza Cultural Center (Benasque City Council) and in collaboration with the Ribagorza Region. We hope many more of you will join!
Our first initiative will be to launch a series of (free) cultural clubs that seek to foster a passion for reading and cultural interest among the people of Benasque and across all ages. Free, inclusive, and open to all interested parties. Book clubs, foreign language conversation groups, cultural activities, children's workshops, and much more.
Building a community in rural areas like ours is essential; therefore, we want to commit to participating in the events that unite us. Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Carnival, Women's Day, Book Day, Library Day, and other anniversaries, among others.
Soon you'll be able to meet the Count of Ribagorza, who will be conducting entertaining dramatized guided tours of the village, sharing our history, traditions, and Benasque culture.
A cultural magazine, called "En Palacio," will soon be launched. It will feature the most interesting topics emerging from the various clubs, events, and activities at the Palacio, and will especially focus and provide space for cultural dissemination and creation in our valley.
