Benasque

The last weekend of August, the 30th and 31st, will see the next edition of one of the most traditional mountain bike events in our region: the Jorge Rami Memorial Mountain Bike Race, Benasque-Llanos del Hospital.

Saturday: School Events

Schoolchildren will ride a circuit around the Sports Hall. The route will be almost flat, with the following distances according to category:

6:00 PM - CHILDREN (2011-2012): approximately 5,000 meters

6:15 PM - ALEVINES (2013-2014): approximately 4,000 meters

6:30 PM - BENJAMINES (2015-2016): approximately 2,000 meters

6:45 PM - PRE-BENJAMINES (2017): approximately 1,500 meters 7:00 PM - PRE-BENJAMINES (2018): Approx. 1,500 meters

7:15 PM - AGUILUCHOS (2019): Approx. 1,000 meters

7:30 PM - AGUILUCHOS (2020): Approx. 500 meters

7:45 PM - AGUILUCHOS (2021 and later): Approx. 500 meters

Depending on the number of registrations, departure times may be modified.

Registration is also possible on the day, but we recommend prior registration as places are limited.

For non-competitive events, a medal will be awarded to all participants.

Before the start of the event, a commemorative bib and t-shirt will be distributed.

At the end of the event, hot chocolate will be distributed to participants and attendees.

Sunday, traditional race, Benasque-Llanos del Hospital.

Federated race organized by the Ribagorza Regional Sports Service and the Benasque Valley Cycling Association, with the collaboration of the Benasque and Llanos del Hospital Town Council, Podoactiva, Veri, Towcar, Ciclos Salamero, the Benasque Valley Tourist Association, Civil Protection, the Civil Guard, and the Red Cross.

RECORDERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER ON THE DAY OF THE RACE.

RECORDERS CLOSING ON AUGUST 28.

Race number distribution on the day of the race from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at the start area (Benasque pavilion).

Start 10:30 a.m.

Trophies will be presented upon arrival at the Llanos del Hospital Nordic Walking Area.

- Master 30 (1995-1986)

- Master 40 (1985-1976)

- Master 50 (1975-1966)

- Master 60 (1965...)

- Women's category only.

- NEW! Gravel category only.

- E-bikes can compete but will not be entered into classifications.

There will also be a trophy for the first local finisher.

A prize for the largest club.

Gift raffle offered by collaborators after the race.

The minimum age to participate in this event is 2012. All minors participating in the event must submit the following registration form, completed and signed by their parent or guardian.
