Looking for cultural activities and traditions in the Huesca Pyrenees this summer? Come celebrate the 2026 Festival in Honor of Saint John the Baptist in Sahún (Saunc), a beautiful medieval village located in the heart of the Benasque Valley.
From June 19th to 24th, 2026, Sahún will be filled with music, bonfires, concerts, and above all, its most ancient and spectacular tradition: the Traditional Falles de Saunc (Fallas of Sahún), a unique fire festival linked to the Pyrenean Fallas, recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.

Friday, June 19
8:00 PM – Fireworks display to kick off the festivities.
Midnight – Grand live concert with the band V DE VERSIONES.
Following the concert: Disco with DJ CHIM.
Saturday, June 20
5:30 PM – Children's games.
8:00 PM – Hot chocolate for everyone.
8:30 PM and Midnight – Afternoon and evening sessions with the spectacular METEORO 2.0 Orchestra.
Following the concert: Disco with DJ CHIM.
Sunday, June 21
4:30 PM – Guiñote card game tournament and competition.
Tuesday, June 23 (San Juan Night - Fallas Night)
6:00 PM – Children's entertainment by "Tintilaina".
8:00 PM – Traditional procession through the village with the Orquestina de la Ball.
8:30 PM – Evening session with the sensational Orquesta LA PASARELA.
9:30 PM – Lighting of the great bonfire of San Juan.
10:00 PM – TRADITIONAL FALLES DE SAUNC. The highlight of the festivities, where the bonfires illuminate the Pyrenean night.
Midnight – Evening session with the Orquesta LA PASARELA.
Afterwards: Disco with DJ CHIM.
Wednesday, June 24 (Saint John's Day)
12:00 PM – Solemn Holy Mass in honor of Saint John the Baptist.
