Special "Autumn Flavors" Experience: The Life of Livestock and Gastronomic Tasting
As part of "Autumn Flavors," the gastronomic events promoted by the Benasque Valley Business Tourism Association and Pyrenean Veal join forces to offer you a unique experience that connects nature in its purest form with the culinary traditions of our mountains.
This experience goes beyond a simple walk in the mountains It's an invitation to stop time, lace up your boots, and delve into the world of extensive high-mountain livestock farming. Accompanied by Helena Parga (a mountain guide specializing in natural heritage from piriNATURE), you will learn to interpret the landscape, understand the importance of transhumance, and meet the true guardians of the Pyrenean meadows.
