Through these workshops, led by local chefs and experts, you'll discover techniques, recipes, and preparations based on locally sourced ingredients. From traditional dishes passed down through generations to innovative culinary creations, each session is designed for learning, cooking, and sharing in a friendly and engaging atmosphere.

Cooking workshops are just one of the many offerings spread across four consecutive weekends of Autumn Gastronomy in the Benasque Valley. The full program includes:
Gastronomic Days at Restaurants: Special off-menu dishes at nine restaurants in the valley, plus a free collectible coaster from this edition.
Nature Experiences: Field trips such as the Pyrenean Veal and piriNATURE cattle visit, ending with a tasting.
Wine Tasting: Guided tastings and initiatives to promote local producers.
